Super easy and inexpensive. This recipe is pretty cool. It's like making cheese... but not really. Its actually just pressing the whey out of greek yogurt so it moves towards soft cheese land and away from yogurt land. The product is a spreadable or crumble-able cheese somewhere in between cream cheese and goat cheese.
I love this on top of my Chunky Chicken Chili with Kobucha or in a Gas Grill Smoked Salmon Collard Wrap.
My changes:
1. I didn't bother to add the salt or olive oil. I really liked the texture without the added oil and was afraid to change it with added ingredients.
